Shipping Policy
Products will be shipped out via USPS typically the same day you place an order. Most shipments are sent Priority Mail, with some exceptions.

In some cases if you email me I can work with you if you would like to select another source of mailing for whatever reason. Just email me with your request at heidi@hanilydesign.com.
Return & Exchange Policy
Hanily Design offers a refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days after you receive your purchase. If the 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
All clearance items are considered final sales. Exceptions are made if the sizing needs to change in clothing and stock is available. Shipping and handling charges for a size-correction return will be paid by consumer.
In the unlikely event the product has a manufacturer defect returns are made available and shipping and handling back to Hanily will be paid by consumer. Once the defected merchandise is received a refund or exchange will be made available to the consumer, minus any additional administrative costs incurred during the transaction and defined in the email confirmation of the return.
